Thank you very much for your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.  Please see below for more information on our return policy:

We accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition.  Items that are used, worn or damaged are not eligible for return.  Returns for refund will have a 10% restocking fee.

To return an item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving an RMA number, please package item(s) securely and ship to us at the address below:

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Please package all items securely to avoid damage in transit, items that are used / worn / damaged are not eligible for return.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  Refund will be made to the card used for original purchase, and may take several days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.  Returns for refund will have a 10% restocking fee, returns for exchange or store credit will have no restocking fee.

Used / Worn / Damaged items cannot be returned.  To ensure your parts are eligible for return, please package well to avoid damage in transit, preferably in the original packaging.  MRI electric center stands must be in UNOPENED original packaging.

All returns for refund will have a 10% restocking fee.  Returns for exchange or store credit will have no restocking fee.
