ORDER SHIPMENT: Thank you for your purchase. We understand that when you place an order, you want to receive the parts as soon as possible and we do our best to make that happen. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, please allow up to 24 hours for that information to update and shows movement.
WARRANTY POLICY: Thank you for choosing a dirty air product. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we design and manufacture high quality parts that stand the test of time and back all dirty air parts with a 1 year warranty. We have a full staff to support our products, in addition to our design and manufacturing team, our assembly and quality control team, as well as our sales, packaging and shipping teams, we also offer customer service and technical support available through our website www.dirtyworks-kc.com or via telephone at 913-228-1978. All dirty air parts carry a 1 year warranty from date purchased against defects including leaks. If you have any issue with your system, and need help troubleshooting, please contact dirty air technical support at tech@dirtyworks-kc.com. If you have a part that has failed, and needs to be replaced within the 1 year warranty period, please contact us at warranty@dirtyworks-kc.com. Dirty air 1 year limited warranty standard warranty process requires customer to return failed part to address below for inspection and testing. If part(s) cannot be repaired, replacement part(s) will be sent out. For repaired or replacement parts, Dirty Air will cover standard shipping to U.S. lower 48 states. Customer is responsible for international or expedited shipping charges, contact us for rates.

RETURN POLICY: Thank you very much for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy:
RETURNS
We accept returns within 90
days of the purchase date. All returned
items must be in brand new, unused condition.
Items that are used, worn or damaged are not eligible for return. Returns for refund will have a 10% restocking
fee.

To return an item, please
contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, please package
item(s) securely and ship to us at the address below:

Please note that the
customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please package all items securely to avoid
damage in transit, items that are used / worn / damaged are not eligible for
return. Original shipping charges will
not be refunded.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return
and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 2 business days from the receipt
of your item to process your return or exchange. Refund will be made to the card used for original
purchase, and may take several days to appear on your credit card statement
depending on your credit card company.
Returns for refund will have a 10% restocking fee, returns for exchange or
store credit will have no restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS
Used / Worn / Damaged items cannot
be returned. To ensure your parts are
eligible for return, please package well to avoid damage in transit, preferably
in the original packaging. MRI electric center
stands must be in UNOPENED original packaging.
RESTOCKING FEE
All returns for refund will
have a 10% restocking fee. Returns for exchange
or store credit will have no restocking fee.
